When I updated about our lives over the past few months, I forgot to mention the addition of a very important member of our family (at least according to Alyssa). We are now the proud owners of a puppy named............. DIRT ROAD! Yes, you read that right- Alyssa named her dog Dirt Road, in honor of the dirt road she was riding on when her Pappy told her about the puppy. Of course, Pappy and Uncle Cannon thought Dirt Road was a perfectly reasonable name for a puppy and by the time Mommy got there it was too late- the puppy already had a name- so Dirt Road it is! Dirt Road lives with Nana and Pappy since we haven't put a fence around our backyard.
