Ok, so technically Alyssa has been six for half a year, but this Mommy is WAY behind on blogging, and I want all my girls' special days documented for them in the future, so... here it is. Alyssa turned six on January 25th. She has such an enthusiasm for school and learning. She LOVES to learn new things. She is loving kindergarten and is super excited about reading books on her own. That girl has a fabulous memory. I think she literally remembers EVERYTHING. She questions everything, and wants everything to make sense (which sometimes gets her in trouble with her mommy and daddy)Anything artistic she loves. She is always drawing and making things for her daddy and me. She wants to be a singer/dancer when she grows up. We love to watch American Idol together, and she puts on quite the show ;) She is a pretty cute little six-year-old if I do say so myself!
This year, Alyssa just HAD to have a skating party (never mind the fact that she couldn't roller skate). So..... she had a skating party. There were lots of the skate trainers being used and mommies dragging kiddos that couldn't skate around the dance floor at this party :-)
Alyssa had a ball skating/falling the afternoon away with her 2 BFFs Emellie and Dallas and our other friends and family. We love our Jean Bean!
